Personality:Lucy's quite a unique being. She can go from being nice, happy, and upbeat to being cold, mean, and nasty in two seconds flat. Most people say it could be something like bipolar disorder, but Lucy's mother insists it's just a character trait of all the female Lowell's.

Lucy really is a nice, amiable person; she's just a bit rough around the edges. On one of her good days, Lucy can be really hyper and excited. But on her bad days...well, people don't usually associate with Lucy Lowell on her bad days. It wouldn't end up well.

Being as outgoing as she is, you'd think Luce would have dozens of good friends. But really, some people are just intimidated by her. Not that Lucy minds; all she needs are a few very good pals to get her through the day.

History: Luce comes from a long line of purebloods. Her family is really kind of stuck-up and prejudiced towards people who aren't like them. Her parents tried to raise Lucy to be the exact same way, but she refuses to judge a book by its cover.

Right before Lucy was born, her parents and her older brother moved to Scotland. She ended up being born there and lived in Glasgow for about seven years. When Luce was eight years old, her father got a job with the Ministry, so her parents decided it was best for them to move back to England. And besides the job, the Lowell's wanted their children to go to Hogwarts, where they both went.

By the time she was eleven and about to start school, Lucy's parents stopped agreeing on things. Soon enough, all they did was fight and argue about the smallest things. Luce couldn't wait to go away for the year; to escape from all the chaos and negative energy surrounding her.

Stance on You-Know-Who:Luce's parents are against him, but some of their other family members support them. So Lucy is kind of stuck inbetween; neutral, if you will.
