Wavy Vortex

-Open a new 500x500 document.
-Press d then x to reset your colors panel.
-Press Ctrl+Backspace to fill the document to black.
-Go to Filter>Render>Lens Flare.
Type: 50-300mm zoom
Brightness: 100
-Position the Lens Flare in the top left corner of the document, making sure the entire Lens Flare is visible.
-Press Ctrl+J to copy the layer.
-Set the layer to lighten.
-Go to Edit>Transform>Flip Horizontal.
-Press Ctrl+E to merge the two layers.
-Go to Filter>Render>Lens Flare.
Type: 50-300mm zoom
Brightness: 100
-Position the Lens Flare in the middle bottom of the document, making sure the entire Lens Flare is visible.
-Go to Filter>Sketch>Chrome
Detail: 5
Softness: 5
-Go to Filter>Distort>Wave
-Click Randomize twice.
-Press Ctrl+J to copy the layer
-Set the layer to lighten.
-Go to Edit>Transform>Flip Horizontal.
-Press Ctrl+E to merge the two layers.

To color:
-Press Ctrl+U.
-Check the Colorize box
Hue: Whatever you like
Saturation: 50 for light colors, 75 for rich colors, 100 for strong colors
Lightness: 0
