The smileys on the forum are clickable but the ones in "SHOW MORE SMILEYS" are not. You have to type in the code to the left of the smiley to post it. Include all : and words..

In addition I removed some of the more animated smileys to the Show All panel so it's not as distracting when you are trying to type a post. Some of us get a little unfocused by those things! LOL! :blink:

They are clickable but you have to open that page to get the extras! :innocent:
