So.... how's everyone's summer?

I started a course on Monday so have been busy with that in addition to working full-time.

In March, one of my neighbors passed away and three weeks ago they had a garage sale for his stuff rather then an auction. Well, in that sale they were selling Jerry's car. I had been looking for a car due to the gas miliage of the Blazer. So after doing some investigating I figured I was able to afford the car and my Blazer. So now I have a 2000 Chevy Impala and just added cruise and remote key entry this week.

Another neighbor passed away Thursday morning after putting up a fight with his cancer. He was given 6 months to a year last March so he was on borrowed time. Still very sad.

Other then that, everythings just great! We've got 3 kittens that now run around the house with the additional 3 already in here. Ember is growing up and looks like a cat now but still small. She's enjoying the kittens and pinning them on the floor either kissing them or wrestling with them. Little does she know, they will grow up and be bigger then she is so I'm sure she's got revenge coming on her times three!

Getting ready to head to an evening rabbit show but will be eating out with some people before the show. Must also go pick up a cake as two people will be celbrating their birthday at the show. The beau is in Washington State at a rabbit show for the weekend, so I'll be flying solo at a rabbit show. That's not normal and I'm sure I will be totally lost at the show! But going for a number of reasons plus it's only 20 miles from home. :)

Hope all is well

Well this past week I went to a 4H horse camp. I was sooo excited to go. And I got a counsler that a basically already knew who she was. The first day, Pokie was such a good girl, I was very proud of her. The next day, though, was horrible. I was asking her to "collect herself" and she wouldn't listen to me <_<. So I got tough with her. Then she was freaking out, rearing, and all that aweful stuff. Then my instructer, Mandy, had to call someone to lundge her to get her energy out. Pokie was in a round pin with a rope on her halter with her bridle over it. Chris (the guy who was lundging her) told her to woah. She wouldn't. Then he tugged on the rope a little and she reared so high, she flipped herself over. I was so scared that she was hurt and so mad at the same time 'cause she was being such a whitch. Pokie got really sore in her back so I couldn't ride the next morning.She was fine that afternoon and the next couple days, she reared a bit but thats it. The very last day.....Pokie decided to be a bronco! She bucked almost a whole circle when I was asking her to lope. Neither of us got hurt though. I didn't fall off or anything so thats good.

I guess Pokie just doesn't like camp.

Anyway, I've been so busy with Work, and my friends. My best friend Heather is having problems with her pregnancy so I've been with her a lot. and now she's having Contractions and she's not even 8 months yet.

I've got 3 Geckos now Boogie is the only male. I'll be breeding them soon. So if any of y'all want a gecko lemme know! haha and I'll hook you guys up! hahahaha

Not to mention I've got a boyfriend now. It's strange to be in a relationship where the guy is actually nice to you! :blink: I'm still all worked up though about what my ex did to me. I'll get these rages where I want to go and just destroy EVERYTHING in my sight cause I get SO angry about what happend.
