So on Sunday my mom, dad, and i saved some tadpoles. They were ontop of the winter pool cover. so we had to save as many as we could.

Why do you "save" them? do they live if you get them instead of being eaten?

Yeah they live here. It's better than dying haha. Once they turn into frogs than we'll let them go.
Most of them already has legs now.

You'll have to show us pictures when they get bigger, Cinn.
The grass snakes eat all of our tadpoles. :( Though this year, it looks like 1 out of the hundreds of little dots that were there in March have survived. None survived last year. But this little one seems to be staying in our pond for a while and hides in the grass. I just hope Dan looks where he's going when mowing the lawn. I really don't want him chopping off another frog's toes. :???:

At night, when we are cleaning the barn (early evening usually), 2 big toads come out to eat, play, visit?
One has been there for a few years and it's huge! My niece named him Fred. It amazes me that it's really the same toad!

I will Ang. I Can' wait to take more pictures of them. I was gonn alast night. But their legs are still tiny it's going to be hard to see on cam.
Yeah my parents are plannign on letting them go in teh backyard ((Which I think is dumb because of teh dogs, and plus my dad doesn't watch out for frogs or anything))
