Just wondering what are your current thoughts?
I don't know who I'll vote for yet...but I am positive I will NOT vote for Barack Obama. Just had to slip that in because I haven't done my research on other candidates! :)

Haven't decided if i'm gonna vote.. My dad will probably make me. haha oh well.

If i do vote, I am DEFFENTLY not voting for Hilary Clinton (is she still running?). IMO i don't think girls should be pres. we are to caring for other peoples feelings, etc. So I just dont think a girl should be pres. I used to think that they should be. but after gender studies class they made some really good points.

Barack Obama is the African American that's a candidate for the Democratic party.

http://projects.washingtonpost.com/2008-pr...ial-candidates/I won't get into my political views but in all honesty I wish Clinton and Obama weren't from the same party. It would be one heck of a race to see 2 candidates that aren't of the the 'normal' description of our presidents- male caucasian.
This really could be an election that the history books will focus on in the future if we leave the male caucasian form of president.

I'm not pleased with any of the candidates so far.
I am usually republican but I am not happy with this term with Bush. He's really hurt this country in many ways.
Bill Clinton was morally a jerk, but he was a good president. We were out of debt and people were doing well for the most part. Hillary is not my favorite by far, but my thoughts are that if she was behind him in the white house - maybe she'll do ok and he's vowed he will support her just as she did him.
I really wanted Evan Bayh to run, but I guess it's just not his time.
