Description: just a few pictures

Well, it's been too warm for a fire in the fireplace, but here's a few pictures I was able to take of her laying in her new area of the family room we've named "the bunny suite". She has a large basket 'condo' (covered with the green blankie) she sometimes lays on top of it all snuggled in, but during the day she lays underneath in the blankie fort she created all around the basket. Her food and litter box are on the other side of the basket. What a life!

Does this fur coat make my butt look big?

Yes, she has free roam of our family room during the day.
I put her down the basement at night before I go to bed. She has free run of the basement too, but mostly just sleeps on a chair covered with another one of her blankies. Then, I bring her back upstairs in the morning before I go to work. She really is a good bunny....doesn't do hardly any digging or chewing. She has ruined a few areas of carpeting down the basement from digging, but they're in an area we use for storage so it doesn't really matter. She hasn't done anything destructive upstairs except leave bunny hair all over the carpeting

Lucky bunny. :D
And she doesn't chew on the lamp cords?
We keep Pebbles in her cage without the top during the day. And we let her out in the dining room under the kitchen table or the bunny proofed section basement for her free runs. At night Pebbles goes back to her cage with the top part on.

Nope, the family room has been bunny proofed as well as can be. The only cord that's on the floor is the one you see in that picture and she doesn't ever bother it. The basement has been fully bunny-proofed and the lights are all overhead.
She did seem to find ONE thing in the basement last night that didn't belong to her. My husband had a box sitting on the floor that had all the (deflated) pool floats folded up in it.....she had a good time digging and tearing up the float that was on top!!
We've really been spoiled with such a good bunny. That's one of the reasons I'm hesitant to get a friend for her. If the second bunny is destructive I'd have to cage both of them and that's not fair to Ellie.
