We're looking for information on vaccinated rabbit's that have contracted Myxomatosis in the UK this year. If this has happened to your rabbit or know know someone whose rabbit contracted it please could you email info@rabbitrehome.org.uk We'd like to know:

Your name
Contact details (e.g. email or phone)
General Location (place and type of area e.g. rural/urban/near fields)
Your Vets Name/Address
Rabbits Vaccination Date
Date First Showed Symptoms
Type/Serverity of Symptoms
What the outcome was
Can you remember how your rabbit was vaccinated e.g. in the scruff/ear/part and part

Please answer as much of the above and as accurately as possible. We intend to pass this information on to the vaccine manufacturers so please let us know if you'd rather your contact details where not passed on. If so we'll just pass on the information about your case anonymously.

We hope you don't find these questions too distressing but the information may help other rabbits in future.
