Title: She'd forgotten.........

Bo B Bunny - June 7, 2006 02:41 AM (GMT)
Lexi went in the familyroom yesterday. She hadn't been able to catch Bo to hold him lately so she tried again. When she finally got him, she had to come in and tell me that she had completely forgotten how soft he was and how snuggly he is because she's been holding clover.

She fell in love again with Bo. He was ok for a bit but it got annoying after awhile when he wanted to get down and play.

on a side note: Clover has been binkying in his cage....... and hitting his little head on the top of it..... Time for a new cage.

Aww! I was the same when I came back from honeymoon... They're just so soft!
LOL At least Clover seems happy to be there then! :D Are you going to set him free?

Bo B Bunny - June 7, 2006 04:29 PM (GMT)
I thought I would set him free since he's pretty wild, but his little leg is sort of twisted inward (I think it was broken and healed a little off) and he's really gotten to where we can hold him and he's really happy - flops all the time and binkies a lot! So, I think he's our new house rabbit. :innocent:

Hubby hasn't said a thing lately - I think he's just given up. I mean, what can you do with a person who has 16 animals? We do right now LOL!

Pebbles is so soft, that she just melts into you.

After holding the dog (Desmond), you can really tell the difference.

Desmond keeps knocking his head on the cage top and popping the latches off the cage corners. ;)
We still keep him in the spare rabbit cage. :P

Well we have two pets now.... :innocent:

:dunno: What can you do with a person with 16 animals? :innocent: *just counted and we have 16 too! *
Blossom's leg twists outwards, as you've seen, and it doesn't cause her any bother. I hope Clover is the same! The only worry I have about Bloss's is that her back is at an angle because of it. :( I'm not thinking that Blossom has a very long lifespan due to all the things she has wrong with her. :(
Aww I love Desmond, Pet! He's so cute! Hey, don't you have 3 pets... There's Pebbles, Desmond and you! :P

LOL! Ang, we're pet-poor, are you? :P

His back seems ok. His "twist" isn't bad and really hard to notice most of the time. He can use that leg - he can stretch it also. So, I think he'll be fine. He's just too used to us - even if he does try to wiggle away when we try to pick him up. Once we have him he's very happy to get pettings and all that.

We are also so attached to him, I don't think I could release him now. We call him "the baby"......

Bo is still my big baby. He's just so funny sometimes! Everyone wants him out when I fold laundry cause he gets all huffy and unfolds it. <_<

Awwww!!! Just don't forget Mr. Bo Boy! LOL!

16 animals? When was the last time I had 16 animals? LOL! Acutally I'm down as far as numbers go right now, Majorily! 21 animals reside here right now, 17 rabbits(1 Lionhead, 1 Netherland Dwarf, 4 Polish and 11 Dwarf Hotots) 2 cats, a bird and a guinea pig. ;) So ya'll aren't too far behind me now. <_<

I've only got 17 rabbits but I have room for 28 so my barn is half full.

We're just poor at the minute! We may have to move house quicksmart so we're now looking into how much we can do to finish the house with as little spending as is possible to make the maximum profit on it.
 I wish I could blame the rabbits for my lack of washing folded... :innocent:

We have:

1 dove
1 guinea pig
3 cats (we sort of adopted a stray - we call him Preston)
2 dogs
2 rabbits
2 rats
1 horse
4 sheep

Plus, we are leasing a horse and using (paying for all expenses) my father inlaw's horse....
