Wow you guys, has Zoey ever mellowed these last few days. I think someone switched her with another rabbit. :lol: Last week she wouldn't let me near her, now she's running to the front of her cage for scratches. She's even lightly grinding her teeth and closing her eyes. That is NOT the Zoey I know.

I'm sure it has to do with her spay but I think I didn't notice it before because she wasn't getting out to run as much as she did before and that's why she didn't seem to calm down but now that she's had lots of time to run this weekend, I'm finally seeing the effects of her spay.

I tell you, it's like a different rabbit! I'm so glad I spayed her, she is such a huge love again. I thought she had grown out of that stage (she hasn't wanted anything to do with me for the last 2 months).

Bo seemed to think I rescued him from the monsters when I picked him up from his neuter. Nevermind that I was the one who dropped him off LOL!

A week ago if I put her in the run, I had to herd her into the small wooden hutch and shut the door just so I could catch her. Today I tipped her out of the tunnel (she likes to sit in the middle nad not come out :lol: ) and all she did was run to the other corner and wait for me to pick her up. She has NEVER done that. Even before I had to wait for her to sit on top the wooden hutch before I could touch her. I've been able to pet her on the ground before but she always runs away!

I'm just amazed at her turn around. She isn't nearly as hyper now. I'm falling in love with my baby girl all over again!
