Okay..this is just a rant that I guess you get after working 11 1/2 hours and ticked for the last 6 hours!

I went to work at 11 this morning and did my shift. 3pm rolls around and the guy who was to work tonight called. He tells the boss he was in a car accident and would be a little late for work. That's fine, so I said I'd stay till he got there. 5 pm rolls by, 6 pm rolls by and still a no show. So I started called his cell at 7ish trying to get a hold of him with little sucess. I did talk to him ONCE and once he found out who I was he hung up on me! So I tried calling back but just got the voice mail. So I looked at the girl I was working with and said "Okay, it's time to call the boss!" So she did cause by this time I was ticked and wouldn't have been very happy. The boss ends up calling back an hour later to check and see if he was in yet. When she got a negative report she went to the guy's house to find out the guy's father thinks he's at work!

That was the 'short' version of the story! LOL! So I'm meeting another co-worker at work tomorrow for a walk around town. Well, the boss will be meeting me there because the guy is to be working then. So this shall be intresting to see what happens! I know what should happen!

So instead of studying for my test I have tomorrow *Wednesday* I was at work covering for some guy who needs to be canned now! He's got A LOT of explaining to do tomorrow night thats for sure! Oh how do I hate being in the middle of these kind of things. <_<

I guess the plus side is, I'll get a nice check but have to hurry to get my test done tomorrow and make it to work tomorrow night!

Sorry just had to 'vent' as it's been a LONG day and he couldn't make a simple phone call saying he couldn't come in but instead had us in suspense all night! We've got reason to believe he wasn't in an accident and will most likely ask for a police report!

So yeah, off to bed to get up early and finish working on this class!

I can't believe someone would say they'll turn up then just don't... that's so inconsiderate and downright rude! I hope he gets his books for being so stupid! <_<
