Yay! My first show in 7 months! LOL. I am so excitied. It's a double show over in Fayetteville, AR in conjuntion with the Champagne Nationals, so there is a show Saturday after Nationals, and then one Sunday morning as well. I will be attending both. ;)

Wish us luck! I am not expecting much since I will be showing against some awesome OK Holland breeders.. plus I will be showing in Open instead of Youth.. but still, it should be fun. Here is who I am showing:

Oh god.. as I expected, this weekend sucked. Well actually, Saturday wasn't all that bad. There were so many AWESOME rabbits to compete against. It was crazy. Today sucked majorly though.. ugh.. this should probably go into the rants section, LOL. The judge today knew NOTHING about Hollands. He didn't even pose them! :angry: He just put them on the table and sort of looked at them.. he didn't even really feel them over either. It made me SO mad! I was actually mad enough that after my last rabbit got off the table, I packed up and left.. I didn't stick around for anything else or to get my rabbits registered. GRR... on top of that just about every one of my rabbits decided to blow their coats Friday night, so they all looked like pants. And, to top it all off, freaking Icicle and Opie kept trying to fight.. Opie got Icicle through the wire and made his nose bleed.. then when I was packing up to leave they started fighting again, and I got bit. :angry: *sigh* Until next time, I suppose...

Just a pre-warning to ya'll showing and going to becoming an open exhibitor soon... have fun! I just went to look at the updated sweeps and quality points and I'm still listed under youth. <_< So I'm in the process of trying to figure out where the paperwork was misunderstood etc. It doesn't help that our breed nationals are this weekend here in Ohio! :blink:

I've been showing somewhat but haven't been breeding. I did breed a doe yesterday tho and plan on breeding some today after I get back from work and finish my college work for the day. It was kinda like I took a 'year off' but didn't actually stop showing but mellowed down on the shows I'm going to right now.

BUT.... Dwarf Hotot Natonals are this weekend *May 6* in Columbus, Ohio! So this weekend I won't be 'on' but I will have a computer with me in the hotel room. I've gotta work Friday night and be out the door at 6 am on Saturday and come home Sunday night. Makes me kinda tired thinking of it!

I know, I need to update my site! LOL! It's been almost a year! :blink: I just paid up my domain name for another 2 years so you would think that would get me motivated! I want to do a different layout the next time I update it but I just don't have the time to sit down and do that! LOL! College and work tend to rule my life right now and will till I graduate which isn't for a while since I changed majors this past summer. I think I'll be doing part time college starting this summer till I'm 21 and then go full-time student as I've gotta to still recieve my medical benifits.

I apologize too for kinda 'disrupting' your thread, Nichole. :blink:
