I'm going to cancel the wedding... the venue have emailed (yes that's emailed, no letter or anything, hardly professional) to say that they didn't take our deposit 8 months ago when we booked it!!!!!!!!!
To say I'm a bit :angry: is a vast understatement!! We now have to trawl through every bank statement and credit card statement to see if it has been taken and they just haven't amended their records!
They also hadn't booked Mhairi's room, despite us getting a letter confirming her room and that the deposit has been paid.
I spent last night crying about the whole thing and everything that's happened lately with the bunnies. The pressure we're under just now is immense with work, uni and the bunnies being ill... all this hassle from nit wits who can't do their jobs right just makes us both want to scream!
Needless to say, decorating and gardening to sell the house has been on the backburner for a while now, so we also live in a half finished house, which also drives us mad! :angry:

How nice they waited this long and how wonderful they sent you an email. *sarcasm*....

We got a receipt saying that they'd taken it... So I don't understand it! We're going to be looking through everything tonight... no doubt they've sent the receipt and not processed it...
Oh yes, sarcasm has been used heavily this last day or so... <_< That and alot of swear words!

I can only imagine! I would be fuming! I don't take well to businesses who are not professional and concerned about accuracy for such important affairs.
