I have a teacher whos daughter shows hogs but she wants to show rabbits. I told her the best way to learn is to go to a show around here and gave her a list of show dates and locations. Do you think this is the best thing to do?
My friend wants to get into rabbits... This will be her first rabbit (I am getting it for her birthday) but I was wodering if I should get her a "pet" like dont bother with pedigree and paying more for it. Or buy her a "show" rabbit with pedigree and stuff?
It's really up to how much you love this friend! LOL! How much are you willing so 'spend' on her?
If she really gets to liking rabbits and wants to breed a rabbit with no pedigree won't help her much. But if she decides she doesn't like it.. well you aren't out much if you just get her a 'pet'.
I agree with DA...but if she DOES decide she doesn't like the whole rabbit thing...make sure you like the one you get her in case you get it back.....could be an excuse to get another bun...lol

yeah.. I am definetly picking one that I would love. But you know what she wants, a Rhinelander or Mini Rex... Hello, I have never ever seen a Rhinelander in real life!! I told her I would look  But if I couldn't find one I would buy her one that I thought was going to be a good pet for her. i am not spending more than $25 on this though!! Dont have that much money!!
