Cookie's babies are now 9 weeks old, they are healthy and fully weaned, and it's time to give them to the families that have eagerly waited for them, I knew I wouldn't be able to keep them all right off the bat, but I didn't know it was going to be this hard. I'm grown quite the attachment to the five fuzzy critters that have made me smile during this hard time in my life. Two of the black ones are going to Tory's (one of my friends) so at least I know they will be taken care of and I'll be able to see them now and then, my only worry is that they have cats. I know they'd never let anything happen to the bunnies, but it's still hard not to worry. The other black one could have two possiable homes and I haven't decided where would be best for him yet. That leaves me with my hardest decision, who do I keep?, The brown one and the brown and white both have amazing personalities, and sweet faces. They are the first to run up to the cage to greet me. They both act just like thier mother and I love them to bits. I know that nobody can make this decison easier but I would like everyone's input, I'm running upstairs now to take pictures and I'll post them in a couple minutes.

Who should you keep? ...BOTH! :P :innocent:

I know how hard it is to give up babies...I thought it would get easier with every litter but it didn't! It was always hard giving them up, even though I still see some of them and I know they are in great homes. Makes me wish I could just keep them all.

I just wanted to update everyone, and say that so far they are both still here. I love them so much that I will try my best to keep them both. Although 4 house, pet rabbits seems like it won't be easy. Expecially if either of the babies are males, (the whole stinkyness just isn't my favorite thing) I'm going to post some pics to see if anyone can tell what thier sex is. I'll post pics soon.

Here is the best picture of the white one I could get, I personally think it's most likely a male but I've been wrong before. Any opinions?

Whatever the white one is, means the brown one is too because they have the exact same areas,

and when I was looking at the brown one I noticed he had a small scratch just left of his genitails, it didn't look serious at all, but is there anything I can do to keep it clean or to help it heal? Here's the best picture I could get of it.



Can you kinda see the scratch? it looks worse in the picture because there is a bit of dried blood.

Alley, The first pic looks like a boy to me. I couldnt tell in the second pic. It was too blurry.
