Pichu was hit by Totodile's bite attack, but it took the opportunity to use a thunderbolt, channeling all the electicity straight into Totodile. Totodile let go of Pichu and staggered backwards a bit.

all right. hope this works. pokeball, go!

Pichu had not taken much damage yet and it just knocked the Pokeball away with its tail. Now you had lost a Pokeball in the ocean and Totodile was weakening rapidly. Pichu attacked Totodile with another thunderbolt, but luckily Totodile managed to dodge it.

totodile, no more mr. nice-guy. use icy wind and water pulse.

Pichu was struck by the water pulse but sent back a spark in return...

icy wind once more.

Pichu fell over KO'ed.

all right. lets see what other pokemon we can find.

Suddenly, an azurill popped out of the shore brush...

all right. totodile, use crunch and slash.

Azurill was thrown back by the attacks, but still managed to pull up off the ghround. He returned with a bubble attack...

all right. pokeball, go!

This time, the pokeball hit, and Azurill was captured!

A hoppip jumps out at you and splashes in some nearby water. Soaked through, you are quite annoyed and...

go azurill. use water gun.

Water gun hits Hoppip, but it seems to relish in the spray of water. It attacks your Azurill with tackle. Azurill gets knocked back and uses its tail to absorb some of the impact from the ground. It bounces back up and..

now, azurill. use icy wind and slam.

Icy wind hits and freezes Hoppip. Totodile has no problem hitting it with slam. The ice smashes, but Hoppip is dazed from the attacks.

now, pokeball, go.

Hoppip breaks out of its dazed state just in time to notice the contraption flying towards it. It dodged the Pokeball, which hits the ground and smashes into pieces. Hoppip is really annoyed at this attempt to capture it. It sits there for a while, its head starting to glow.

uh oh. look out totodile. use ice beam.

Hoppip releases solar beam at exactly the same time as Totodile releases ice beam. The beams collide in between the two Pokemon. A sturggle for power ensues, but the searing heat from the solar beam melts away the ice beam and poushes towards Totodile. Totodile puts more effort into the ice beam, but it's no good. The solar beam inches towards Totodile, so you.

jump out of the way, totodile and try another ice beam.

Hoppip wasn't expecting this sudden change and was hit from the side by a powerful ice beam. Hoppip was quite badly damaged and frozen.
