Summer was a brand new trainer, she wasn't quite new to pokémon because she had handled some of her families, but she had never actually Battled or anything. Summer loved it so far, she had just gotten out of Professor Skye's Laberatory, and gotten her Starter, Twiggy, or Twig. Summer smiled at the fresh air and looked around at the swishing grass, just hoping to find a pokémon to battle and catch for the first time.

For some reason you felt water on your head, you looked up and thought it was strange because there wasn't a cloud in the sky. Suddenly the water stopped dripping on you and what looked like a blue ball bounced onto your head and landed in front of you. You recognised it as an Azurril, the most common Pokemon on the island.

Summer's eyes widened, even though it was common, she loved it, despite the fact that it had just drenched her to a freezing cold! She Grabbed her pokéball (Which contained Her Starter) and Threw it hard saying "Go, Twig!" Out popped her little green starter who said in a lower voice, "Trecko!!!!" Summer's eyes ghleamed for her pokémon. "Come on Twig, use pound!" She shouted. Twig jumped into the Air, ready togive a full-force pound attack on the Azuril.

The Azurill happily bounced out of the way. The azurill on Azure Isle were infamous for playing tricks on unsuspecting trainers, and they took every battle as if it were a game. She struck twigs with a bubble attack, though it did little damage...

Summer, a little discouraged at the fact of which the Azuril had dodged her attack, shouted out madly, "Twig, use Pound! And try your hardest not to let it get away!" A New trainer she is, but she was trying to devise plans, unfortuananly nothing was coming to her.

This time, the attack worked, and Azurill was sent tumbling backwards. She got up however, and hit Twigs with a tackle attack...

(Azurill doesn't learn Tackle...)

Summer happy that the attack worked, but not to happy about twig being hit back, Commanded her Pokémon. "Use a pound again, but try toavoid Azurill hitting you back!" Her eyes gleamed with hope for her Pokémon, she knew that Twig could do it.

(OOC: Sorry, I meant slam ^^* Oh yes, and your treecko can use attacks, that it learns later on, such as bullet seed, absorb, etc.)

Azurill once again dodged the pund, proving that she was, in fact, a very fast pokemon. She used splash this time, aiming to soak the ground beneath Treecko. It worked, and Treecko fell face-forwards into the dirt. All the while, Azurill laughed mockingly.

((Yeah, Thanks for telling me now..LOL))

Summer angrily cried out "Twig, get out of the Mud!!" Those were the only words she could find herself to say at that moment. "After that, use a Giga Drain! We can do this!" Came Summer's cry. She waited for her Sturggling starter to Emerge from the mud. With Clenched fists,she held her self back from helping her pokémon out of the mud.

(OOC: lol, well, it was in the rules....XD)

Azurill immediately wa struck by the giga drain, as Twig regained all of his power. Luckily, he didn't need it because Azurill was KO'ed.

"Go, Pokeball!" Summer shouted as she threw the pokéball staright for the Azuril. She watched, hoping it would be caught. She had the perfect nicname for it..

Summer Smiles. "Yes!!" She shouts smiling and juming a little. "Um..I'll call her..Riley!" Summer said as she danced around. "Good job Twig, you're the Best!" she complimented her Treecko.

As you continued down the path that was Azure Isle, you noticed someone hidden in the bushes.

""Yes Boss, it's only an Azurill... Well nothing in particular... The Treecko's bound to be worth something... I suppose..."

What do you do? Investigate, or leave it alone?

Summer's expression turns from excited and happy, to Puzzled, but she decidesto investigate. Slowly walking, and tightly holding on to her pokéballs, she steps toward the bush...

"AAAAUUUGHHHH!!!" The mysterious figure screamed. It was easy to tell that this person was a girl. As she stood up you saw her appearance more clearly. She was clad in a purple uniform with the letter "F" written in silver.

"Ummm I mean, prepare to lose your pokemon!" she cried defensively. "I, Natalia, of Team Freeze, will defeat you and take your stupid Treecko!" Someone was definitely new to Team Freeze...

Summer, who was a little startled, shouted out "You Wish!!" She looked angrily, and then threw the pokeball containing Twig. Summer waited for Natalia to send out a Pokemon.

Natalia sent out a swinub. The Swinub attacked Twih with powder snow.

Summer was caught abackatthe quick move. "Twig, try a Giga Drian!" She shouted. She had her fists clenched-she knew it would be a tight battle.

The giga drain hit, but did little in damaging and receiving energy from Swinub. Swinub used a massiver blizzard attack on Twig, causing major damage from the type disadvantage...

Summer had no idea what to do, so she cried out, "Twig, do your best Pound attack!!" The only hoped the best would come out of it, Twig was majorly damaged.

Swinub toppled over, and surprisingly.... began to cry like an infant. Apparently, Natalia wasn't the most experienced of trainers and neither was her pokemon.

"Swinub, please stop crying!" Nat exclaimed embarassed. "You're making me look like a fool!" Swinub let out another wail. "Please Swinub, use powder snow!"

Swinub did as it was told this time, and let out another powder snow attack...

Summer was feeling more COnfident now. "Twig, Dodge it! And Hit it Quickly with a HARD Quick attack!" Twig jum,ped into the air, trying to dodge the powder snow attack...

The attack worked, as Swinub was sent barreling backwards. It was KO'ed now, much to the displeasure of his owner.

"Oh Swinub! I guess it's no use, return!" She immediately dashed away, but not with out dropping a few dollars in the process!

Summer Felt Quite Confident Now, She Picked up Twig and Swung him around happily, she was very Proud of him, and of herself as well. So she continued to walk along Azure Isle, waiting for something else exciting to happen.

(OOC: Yeah, that's fine ^^)

Suddenly, you heard a loud bell ringing across the land. It was the bell of a ferry; the last ferry out of Azure Isle for today! It was taking everyone over to Sodel City... Do you catch it, or wait 'til tomorrow?

Summer began to Run as fast as she could, racing to the ferry, needless to say, she didn;t want to wait till tomorow. She ran Hard, Trying her hardest to get there in time.

With a good leap, Summer managed to catch the ferry, and began her trip to Sodel...
