Personally, I'm not too fond of any of them, but I'd have to say Torchic. Only because I like Combusken though.

Mudkip definitely. Why? Because it's a water type obviously and it becomes immune to electricity when it evolves. There's nothing not to love about Mudkip, it starts out cute and evolves to look cool and powerful what more could you want. Oh and it's blue.
