Was firking about the old internet the other day looking for all things Amiga`ry when i cropped up on this site..

I used to be in CyberDreams with Kei and wrote "music" (wailing cat mods?) under the handle of Mythos.....

So.. goodness some old names from many many years ago!

I helped created CyberDreams with Kei and my mate Wraith (Steve) if I remember correctly...

Then me and Wraith fucked off to university.... and Amiga`s got left behind after shagging and Lsd....

Far too much Pot, Speed, Acid and... Amiga`s got kindov left in the arena where "one had to think"...

Which I am now regretting....

My brain got awakened one day after my best mate died from taking Extacy (or however you firking spell it!) made me think a tad...

Still.. you live and learn!

I still look into my Amiga days with such fondness..!! Snailmail.. FFS! Best thing ever was gettin a HUGE jiffy bag through the letter box with a bag full of stuff!!!!!

After gettin horribly bladdered and searching for EOC1999/Nuance/CyberDreams on a whim I found some of my mods on AMP along with some of the Amiga demos I took part in!

Ended up here.. so cheers...

IKWYM about the jiffy 'THUD' on the doormat, was always a sweet sound to hear. You've come to the right place for the nosalgia thing and I'm more guilty than most. heh

As was our motto in a prod we did a few yrs ago:- a bunch of old farts trying to rekindle the best days of the Amiga scene. Kinda sums it all up really, eh? :D

OOooh! a muscian on board :) .. does this mean some decent original music for future releases :) lol

err... not really done any music for about 12years... but as i posted previously i have been loading up a tracker recently... so wait and see!

I have indeed been tryin out music....The Old Bugs Back! So far I have managed 6 tracks..... 2 more than the Amiga... give me some time!

Give me a few weeks and maybe I`ll mail it to somebody!

Seems to be the AMP site with 3 of my old tunes on it... Memory recalls these are not my best.. sighs..... Oh well.... Best go and raid me mams loft for discs.....
My only issue is that the MODS I found on the tinternet are not me best... and well...... erkk I`m not really likin` like I did 15 years ago!!!! I`m gonna have to re do!

Ok Kinnie,

I've just leeched your three MOD's from AMP and had a listen, a perfect excuse as any to reinstall Deliplayer. ;)

I'm quite into Final Hours as it's very diskmaggy (was this ever used for a mag prod?), Wraith is bouncy and chippy and I'm sure I've heard Infinity somewhere before, name rings a bell too. Would love to hear some more of your old stuffz if you ever come across any.

My main issue (I`m sure my mam has all my old Amiga discs in her loft someplace....) is I have no way of accessing my old Mods... be more than willing to post `em to somebody with the ability to access them... if they can somehows get `em onto the old tinternet/emailage system so I can have `em back in a playable format.... Things involving money (such as purchasing an amiga etc) are a tad outta the question at the mo....

any ideas?

Sorry about my recent inactivity! been struggling to accesss internet as I have had to come and live with my parents as I have fallen down the stairs and broken my hip in numerous places... and living in a 3 story house and only having 1 working leg I have had to come and live with the folks for obvious reasons....

Hope yer all ok... I`ll try and get on when I can (i`m sorting out Broadband up here) but at the mo and am having to do all internet stuff via my telephone.... grrrrr.......

A friend of mine fell out of a window years ago and broke his hip....it`s never been quite right since apparently, and he actually broke it again since !

So, definitely listen to what the quacks tell you and don`t think it`s OK when it might not be..... and start skiing or rollerskating or something.

So this could be put down as BREAKIN NEWS then ? lol
