Well spotted Codey. I'll reserve judgement until i read the article but if it's more name stealing, leetist, slagfest bollox you can bloody well guarantee my writers hat will be on once again! :)

Sarek will no doubt be cringing at this point. lol

I really don't want to restoke old fires but if there's points raised that aren't correct, I'm within my rights to put them right and I will.

Ok, I've checked out the article and it wasn't the slagging that we've seen from a lot of eurosceners. The Eurochart editors have basically created it to let everyone know that our mag folded and have just copy and pasted the ranting ramblings of ex-LSDers which were splattered all over scene forums, although none of my replies were added?

They're willing to do an interview with us to hear our side of the story, so I've sent a mail to Darkhawk saying I'd do just this. Will update further when he gets in touch.

For your viewing pleasure, here we have a grab of the article in question.

Horrendous one sided argument as we've seen many times before but it's nice to have the option of actually giving back some input and not being written off as lamers. <_<

MOST BLATANT PROPERTY THEFT IN THE SCENE? Now that's some achievement!

This is news 15 months after it was closed? Well scooped Eurochart!

I can't be arsed to go over old ground, fuck Eurochart, fuck LSD, and fuck the so-called "scene".

Nothing more than a bunch of kids giving themselves an aura of "l337". Wankers.

Nice to see the diplomacy skills haven't slipped any Marc. ;)

Your view is more than understandable but I'm still willing to take this on alone if need be, just for the sake of straightening out the facts, even tho the whole discussion is now amazingly past tense.

There's times that I just want to let the whole thing go but there's still that odd time (such as now after reading the EC article) that inspires me to tell the real facts and stick one in the eye to the stubborn L337s who couldn't wait to stick in the knife.

I maybe pissing in the wind here but I know for a fact there's still a multitude of people still out there who believe every piece of flaming horseshit that Pazza typed.

My famed patience runs thinner by the day. When it comes to da scene, it gets even thinner.

I don't see the point in going over it again. Let the dumb people believe the dumbest people.

Just had an email from Darkhawk at Eurocharts HQ and he's agreed to take anything regarding our side of the story, be it plain article or interview whatever. Gonna get back to me when he's compiling new articles for the next issue, so I won't hold my breath. ;)

Apparantly he's also been approached by 'someone else' who want's to add their views. Dunno who the hell that is? Have my suspicions tho.

Darkhawk is cool and I`m sure he will stay in the middle on this one.. I`m guessing the next EC won`t be as delayed as this issue. (how can it!) :)

The next scene mag out is HUGI so I've emailed Claus (Adok) and he's happy to print my reply.

Deadline is 30th April for submissions so I'll strike while the subjects still luke warm. :)
