Well Hi Folks, Just been chatting to Sarek by email and thought I'd come say hello!!

My Names Mark and back in the scene days my handle was Dreamer / Kooky, I used to be In Nerve Axis & Cyberdreams.

If anyone remembers me it would be great to hear from them. To be honest I dont do much amiga stuff now altho I have a very prooty collection of .mod files that I have amassed over the years and I am sure I could add a directory listing if anyone is wanting some...

Welcome aboard Kooky!

Glad you found us - how did you find us btw?

I've updated the META tagging on the site so will hopefully attract a few more ex-Amiga bods. :)

Wow! Ellesdee, now there's a name I haven't heard for a while. :)

Yeah.. get stuck in and get involved m8, we may sound a clicky crew in some threads but our doors are always open for new input. Enjoy! ;)

Hi Kooky,

Cheers for the link to this place. Jeez.. Amiga nostalgia! I still have my A500 and A1200 in the loft. I haven't used either since 1998. I was intending to convert all my Amiga stuff to WinUAE format and stick it on a CD but never finished it. I did get as far as everything CyberDreams/Carnage did plus just about every issue of The Word. I think I have a cardboard box full of Amiga floppies too.

Hi to all here that knew me. :D

Kei

Hey Kei,

Don't think I knew ya during the miggy hey days but I remember reading your stuff when The Word turned to HTML. How are the ascii skills these days? ;)

I don't think I saw much other Carnage stuff, so if you ever get anything converted then I'd def want to have a peep. I'm in the middle of converting a shit load of Amiga floppies myself l8ly after the A1200 revival project.

Loving WinUAE at the moment - currently going thru a big nostalgia phase hence the ascii newsletter prod I'm working on. Ah, how the old ways come flooding back! lol

Hey DaZZaBoY,

I have not done any ascii in a long time. The only time I use it is when messing with URL encoding or doing localisation testing on software. ;)

I think I have almost all CyberDreams/Carnage software on CD already. I can make it available on-line if you want any of it. Its in DMS/LHA/LZX format with a bunch of PC stuff in ZIP format. Plus I have a lot of unreleased stuff.

I'll produce a list of the software I have so I don't need to convert anything that is alreday out there. How are you doing your conversions?

Kei

hey kei!!

hows things dude??

Kei - April 22, 2006 08:42 PM (GMT)

Things are good. You?

I have a load of mod/med/sid files if you want them? Do you have a PC player for them as a lot are on CD so I could play them while working on my PC?

Kei

Cheers m8 - a goosey at your list would be cool.

For the Amiga-PC conversions I'm using a cracking bit of kit (which Sarek put me onto) in the form of a PCMCIA CF reader.
