Some good ones to go at there Zet and feel free to knock me some tough questions up and I'll do my damned best to answer them. ;)
Zetr0 - March 2, 2008 07:23 PM (GMT)
indeed, i shall set some nice questions, how does 25 sound ?
DaZZaBoY - March 2, 2008 07:36 PM (GMT)
25 is fine but nothing too personal mind. :D
pentagram - March 3, 2008 09:13 PM (GMT)
Where's the Delta/RSI one mate?
DaZZaBoY - March 3, 2008 09:40 PM (GMT)
Ah yeah, the Delta interview - was a good one that. Dunno what happened to it but I'm sure I've still got it stored somewhere? Will give you a knock if I can't find it m8.
DaZZaBoY - March 3, 2008 09:59 PM (GMT)
@Marc (PG):
I've had a poke through my article back up and I've recovered the other missing interview with Adok/Hugi but looks like the Delta one has gone walkabout.
Any chance you can email/MSN me the Delta article plus images m8y. Ta!
pentagram - March 4, 2008 01:09 PM (GMT)
Emailing it now. I bastardised it for my web site, but this should work.... ish!
DaZZaBoY - March 4, 2008 04:27 PM (GMT)
Cheers m8y. I can't understand why I haven't got it, as I must have every other article we did? Anyway, time to do some editing. :)
Harrison - March 4, 2008 10:50 PM (GMT)
Was interesting to read through all the interviews.
I noticed a member of Gods was involved. PG from CA has been a member of Gods for a long time. :)
BTW, the pages look great (even if the code is horrid! ;)).
DaZZaBoY - March 5, 2008 04:28 PM (GMT)
@Harrison: Glad you enjoyed the show so far and quit snooping at my 'retro' code. lol ;)
DaZZaBoY - March 5, 2008 07:01 PM (GMT)
Just found another link and interview for Spoony (Echo/LSD) -
http://www.fun-1.com/index1.htm Find him under: Artists & DJs / Recording Artists / The Spoon Wizard.
At bottom of the article it links to the interview, not as good as ours though. :)

The code isn't retro mate, it's just plain wrong! ;)
DaZZaBoY - March 6, 2008 05:47 PM (GMT)
@H: Ok, I'll give you that. :)
DaZZaBoY - March 6, 2008 06:58 PM (GMT)
Delta/Red Sector interview is now up. Thx for recovering this one, Pentagram!
DaZZaBoY - March 7, 2008 08:46 PM (GMT)
Marc (P'Gram):
I seem to be missing the images for the Adok/Hugi interview too m8y. Will you have a peep to see if you've still got them. I seem to have about 98% of the images backed up but was missing the pics from the 2 interviews. Not sure why?
Harrison - March 8, 2008 12:40 AM (GMT)
Great stuff. Keep posting them. Do you have many more still to post?
BTW, I wanted to ask. Would you be OK if I link directly to these interview pages from the classicamiga demo section?
I could add an oldskool banner below the main actual interview pages to show the origin of the interviews if you would like. I was thinking it would be a nice thing to have them linked as it might attract some more visitors interested in reading them.
pentagram - March 8, 2008 08:45 AM (GMT)
I've emailed the five/six images over of the interview mate.
DaZZaBoY - March 8, 2008 11:22 AM (GMT)
@P'gram: Thanx chief! Just got them now.
@Harrison: Yeah, feel free to link to here m8. I was also going to announce the interviews on EAB too but wanted to get a little more content in there first. A link on CA at this time would be cool though!
I still have another 5 or 6 that are 'work in progress', including Zetros interview with ME and that's nearly complete :D Also, if you'd like to conduct some interviews(s) of your own from either the CA diehards or others that are worthy of this great honour ( ;) ) feel free. I'll gladly compile them into our defacto layout if you want.
Harrison - March 11, 2008 05:29 PM (GMT)
Whilst waiting for something to be delivered today I got a little bored and so decided to recode one of the interviews into strict xhtml.
Here's the result:
http://www.classicamiga.info/osuk_intervie...aydn_dalton.htmLooks the same as the original but have a look at the page's code. ;)
Zetr0 - March 11, 2008 06:05 PM (GMT)
@Harrison
I found it difficult to read the interview viewing the page by source. ;) :D
nice and tidy though.... I can see the CODE is strong in you...
DaZZaBoY - March 11, 2008 07:32 PM (GMT)
@H: Nice one m8 and I have to admit, the code does look a lot neater and more snappy. End product is still the same though ;)
shockwave - March 11, 2008 09:35 PM (GMT)
This is a really good idea and some of the reviews were nice to read, I really hope that you get some more together :)
On questioning technique, I was chatting with Nuke a few weeks ago, someone in Hugi had sent him a list of questions for an interview and Nuke wanted me to proof-read his spelling, it struck me that it's convenient to send the questions out like that but perhaps a more spontaneous interview like having some questions in mind and chatting over IM of some sort and saving the log would give a more dynamic interview?
For instance reading the interview Pentagram did with Delta, he says that if anything he would do something with Opengl rather than on the Amiga, it would have been nice to explore that avenue of questioning a little which is not really all that easy by mailing a list of questions.
Please do get more interviews :)
Most sceners I know are more than happy to talk about themselves.

*Zetr0 adds Shockwave to the Inteview list.... (that will teach 'im!)
DaZZaBoY - March 12, 2008 05:40 PM (GMT)
@Shock: More interviews will be on the way shortly, you better keep an eye on that inbox of yours. :) Dynamic interviews are good to read but they can also come back and bite you on the arse, when answering questions in a live situation. lol
DaZZaBoY - March 12, 2008 07:55 PM (GMT)
Interview with yours truly is now online, go have a read and see what makes me tick. ;) Thanks again for conducting this one, Zet!

DaZZaBoY - March 22, 2008 10:31 AM (GMT)
Have any of you guys had any feedback from the speculative interviews that have been sent out?
shockwave - April 7, 2008 07:05 PM (GMT)
Need... More... Interviews :)
DaZZaBoY - April 12, 2008 12:43 PM (GMT)
I'll be re-editing up the interviews that appeared in the editions of ascii news sometime soon, Shock, so look out for those.
I've heard nothing from anyone else, so I take it there's been no luck in replies.
darkus - May 6, 2008 05:15 PM (GMT)
Always a joy to read interviews - The last issue of Hugi if anyone missed it had some real legends from the past in there!!
