Hi everyone. Harrison here from classicamiga.com
I've been active in the Amiga community running classicamiga for many years now, and have been a fan of the Amiga since the beginning. Rather than run through the whole history of classicamiga, telling you what I've been up to, you can visit the site and read the
Site History page if you are interested in finding out how it progressed and developed.
Over the years I've owned many Amigas and still own most of them. Of these the ones I still own include:
A500 (KS1.2), A500 (KS1.3) x2, A500+, A600, A1200 x2, A4000, and a CD32.
And I'm still after a boxed CDTV.
I actually didn't get my first own Amiga until 1991 with the release of the A600. Before that I owned an Atari ST! *blasphemy*, because I just couldn't afford an Amiga in 1987 and instead had to buy the £100 cheaper ST at the time. I instantly regretted it though as the games just didn't measure up to the Amiga versions, and lots of my friends had Amigas so I would play them often. The day I finally owned my own Amiga was great.
I've been visiting OldSkool UK for some time now, mainly following links posted by members over on the classicamiga forums, with many members of OldSkoolUK also being members of classicamiga.
I finally decided to join here to check out some of the forum content and join in, plus the classicamiga demo section is constantly expanding so we will be looking for information and sceners to help us out.
