I want to know how to get free wii points. When nintendo started with the wii their reps on G4 and such were claiming that many of the old nintendo titles would be available for download and free. So why the hell am I paying $5 for the original Mario brothers. That game is only 20 years old, hasn't sold a copy in 15 years and they want me to buy it now.

Nintendo should be offering free wii points for some of their fucking online voting, and mii contests. There needs to be some serious ways to get free mii points, or they just need to make some of these games free.

In regards to you're question; i already own most of the titles that interest me from the VC channel of the Wii. The only one i do not own, but wish to play, is Kid Icarus.

see that's what angers me is that nintendo promised some of the games would be free and you would also have a chance to earn wii points.

But yet, every game costs, and no free wii points. you think they's at least give you 2000 points for buying the system.

That's because Nintendo PR guys twist thier words so much you can't escape thier trusth and falsehoods.

I don't recall Nintendo ever saying that there would be free VC games.

What I remember they saying was free online gaming, as in no subscription needed to be online, though I don't know how much of that is actually true.........
