Verizon Wireless, the biggest network on the east coast, unveiled their answer against AT&T - Apple's Iphone, supposedly this is the so called "Iphone killer."

The LG VX10000, designated by Verizon as the VOYAGER, will be on sale on November 21 (i think), just before the Christmas season.

What's the difference from the Iphone? It's somewhat taller, but not as wide as the Iphone, it has a touch screen just like the Iphone, but you can open it from the center and it reveals a small keyboard with a secondary screen, and a pair of small stereo speakers, just like its predecessors, the VX9800 and the NV.

I will surely be not wasting my time or money on this pile of shit.. Actually looks like crap if you ask me.. I believe i will just stick with the good ol reliable nokia phones.. more durable as well to.

The keyboard is mainly for people who are constantly texting or sending emails. It's actually a lot more useful than on the regular phones. Retro has an LG that has the keyboard thing, and honestly, it's quite sweet.

Of course, this is really for people who actually have a job and have enough money. Verizon's service is quite expensive.

Nope, sorry i do not have any problems with them.. It's just my opinion. Thats all!.. But then again i have only ever used Nokia's always been the easiest phones to use. And the best quality as well..

Alot of these new mobile phones coming out these days can do that... my $69 can't do that.. But hey all i want it for is calls and txts.. thats it!.. Though sometime i will be buying a Nokia Classic.. Which should be a good phone.. Have heard good things about them!

My 3 year-old phone already has an early version of sending mail and it was quite a cheap phone....
It does only have GPRS and infra-red, though :P

And hey i think it's time for you to upgrade your phone at some point as well.. (My first ever phone was a Nokia 5110).. That phone was fucking tough. It lasted a good 8 to 9years!

Of course the iPhone is preferred for me, but seeing as I have Verizon, this doesn't seem so bad. I'm sure after a while, they'll release an even thinner model that looks slightly different, much like the Chocolate or EnV, but whatever. I couldn't afford it anyway.

okay, okay....the DS does have two screens, and lots of people did think that was dumb.

Not me, I bought one the first day, cause I understood that with two screens(one being touch) brought about new innovations in gaming.

however, THIS, is a phone. WHy do you need TWO screens for a phone, one of which, will be under a flap. Plus, with a touch screen, what the hell do you need a keyboard for?

You need the other keyboard for emails and texts, this phone doesn't come with a touch keyboard, when you invoke the number pad you'll see the same thing on any regular phone, 2 or 3 characters per number, thus the need for a faster way of texting......

Just so it's out there, I don't like the iPhone, they didn't invent the touchscreen, they just put it on there. Old stuff. All of it is.
