Newsarama has an interview withe Alex Ross from Wizard World Chicago this past weekend, where a new image was unveiled of Captain America with the word "Return" on him. The image, painted by Alex Ross, has stirred up much talk about if Cap was going to be returning to the Marvel Universe sooner than expected. The new project that Ross is working on with Jim Krueger is an "in-continuity" project, no "What If?" or alternate earth story, but one that takes place in the 616. When asked what the "Return" really means, Ross answers:
"It could mean many things. It implies as much a return of Captain America, sure, as it also implies my return to Marvel – and maybe some other things. But I can tell you that my ego wasn’t fueling the design of that image…" |

I agree with these guys. I know Cap isnt the most popular guy, but in the last two years, they made him so kick ass, I actually felt it when they killed him off. Bringing him back too soon would just ruin the whole controversy of actualling "Killing America".
No?
Thoughts.

Well, the way Marvel killed him was pretty stupid if you ask me, but if they intend to revive him now it's gonna suck, it's too soon, unless they use another guy with Cap's suit, that would make more sense.......

they already did.
His name is Hawkeye :O!!
But he turned it down, so it doesnt really count I guess.

The thng with Marvel is that if a popular character dies......well, he probably wont stay dead for long. I think it would be interesting if they didn't bring him back for a long time....
but whatever...

Robin has only died once.
And there have been three different people who've played Robin. It hasn't been the same person
