Well, he fought well he landed more power punches and you could tell he was getting tired. What can you expect if your oponent is too fast for you?
In any case, I'm glad that at least he kept up till the 12th round. Defenitly wasnt the "massacre" Maywheather promessed, so he fell short on his word.
De la Hoya took his loss with honor, and I like that. Him and Serra, the current UFC champ, are among the most nicest and honorable fighters at the moment. The other guy on the other hand has a huge ego, and the coward is retiring after this fight.
