This tutorial is my first so it might not be great. I was just messing about with Photoshop to see what I could come up with. And here it is!

1. Make a new file. Keep the default settings and make the dimensions 500x500 pixels.

2. Press D to set the default colours.

3. Fill in the image black.

4. Go to Filter -> Render -> Lens Flare.

5. Select a 105mm Prime and place it in the centre.

6. Select a 50 - 300mm Zoom and place one above and one below the 105mm

7. Select a 35mm Prime and place one to the left and one to the right of the 105mm.

Your image should now look something like this:-

8. Now go to Filter -> Stylize -> Glowing Edges.

9. Use these settings:

Edge Width: 1
Edge Brightness: 20
Smoothness: 15

Now your image should look like this:-

10. Go to Filter -> Distort -> Twirl.

11. Use this setting:

12. Nearly done! Go to Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur.

13. Use this setting:

Radius: 1.0

You did it! An abstract wormhole-ish painting. And then...

...An arty signature!

I hope you liked this tutorial. I'm sure there are other and better ways of accomplishing the finshed product, but this my way! :)
