This tutorial shows you how to make an evil looking eye in a few easy to follow steps.

Step 1.
Open a photo of an eye you want to edit.
In this case I chose a picture of my own eye, it's kinda small but the steps are the same.


Step 2.
Make a new layer by going to Layer » New » Layer (or CTRL + SHIFT + N) and pressing OK or hitting enter.
Now choose the Polygonal Lasso Tool and set the feather to about 3 px (depending on how large the eye is. For larger eyes a feather of about 5-6 px is reccomended.

Now select only the eyeball. When your selection is finished you will see a bit smaller and rounder selection of what you actually selected.


Step 3.
Apply Filter » Render » Clouds. Now go to Filter » Render » Difference Clouds and press CTRL + F repeatively untill you get something very sharp and light in the center. If you get something that looks really nice but its too dark, go to Image » Adjustments » Auto Levels.


Step 4.
Now the final step i guess :).
Go to Image » Adjustments » Color Balance or simply press CTRL + B.
Now fill it with a color you think look a bit evil, i chose for a dark shade of red, a medium shade of orange and a light shade of yellow.
Et Viola! One evil eye :).

Fini!

I've done some more touches to my picture to make it more scary i think :P
