How do I make that cool glass-like effect on top of my sig?
That's exactly what this tutorial is about!

Step 1:
Grab your sig!
Open any sig picture (preferably a darker one).
I chose this one:


Step 2:
Grab the Eliptical selection tool and select about half the picture, then press CTRL+SHIFT+I (i)


Step 3:
Create a New Layer (Ctrl+Shift+N), then take the Gradient tool and make a vertical gradient (Black to white) from the top from the selection to a little bit under it.

Set the layer blend mode to Screen

Now set the gradient blend mode to Screen and make a tiny gradient from just 8 px or so under the top edge of the selection to just above the top of the selection.


Ur Done!
To create an even more neat effect, try to apply some drop shadow!
