We need an investigation that shows the use and billing.
I would wager that the receiving satellites would have Aircraft transponder (transmitter) id info. If the satellite would have GPS info, it would be gold!

One thing we know for certain is that the billing for most phone calls made in the US is made through one Israeli company called AMDOCS. The following quote is from a FOX News report filed by Carl Cameron on Dec. 17, 2001:

While the accounts of the phone calls from the witnesses who received them is proof enough for me that most of them were real, and portrayed real events occurring on the planes, I cannot trust the government's claims about how these calls were made-- especially the contention that some of them were from cell phones. As far as I am concerned, they ALL could have been made from airphones, and the whole cell phone controversy is just diversion and disinformation.
