I don't see a difference between the two. We can see some pixels which are alleged to be the plane.
Maybe if there is a difference it is on the compression of the video or the streaming.

Due to the total crappy quality of the video it could be anything. But it may be something worth looking into.

To me, both videos are same: one can see two forms moving towards the tower.
Revolutionary91, you're right: it is what I have noticed.
I'm not an expert in video analysis, but one can see the two flash are into one pixel and maybe overflowing in a second, on the left.
So I don't think it is due to the compression of the video, but i'm not sure. It could be flash captured by a ccd camera (?)
On the first tower, on the right, one can see a lightened rectangle, is this fire in some stairs or what else ?
