You shouldn't be trying to burn it yet. LTW need to recoup their costs, at the very least.

I know the guys have to get back what they spent but the people who are going to be handed copies are people that would not buy Loose Change FC anyway.
How can people get to know the latest information about 9/11 when it is only people who purhcase it who get the wealth of knowledge.
You will find most of the people who purchase it are people in the know how already. I thought this whole movement was to make everyone aware especially people who believe the official version of events.

That argument makes sense. I did ask for a PayPal account for LTW so that a "burning fee" could be forwarded, but as yet, have had no reply.

Actually, I'm pretty sure the producers of the video would rather have mass proliferation. The message is much more important than recovering production costs. You don't worry about cost when the issue is this important. The video wasn't made with even the goal of recovering production costs. If you had to take a taxi cab to a person's home to warn them they are being targeted for assassination, would you demand recompense for the taxi? I've heard Alex Jones say that many times and I'm sure Dylan Avery would tell you the same thing.

Yeah i used that program but it would only allow me to watch the dvd on my laptop not on the X-box 360.

Moved to Loose Change Final Cut

x-box's don't let you watch any third-party (i.E. copied) DVDs or cds... they are poo-poo heads.

They are probably using the original type of laser head that can't distinguish dye layers and are only capable of reading stamped discs.

X-Box should allow you to play burnt DVDs (but not CDs :( ) What program and what burn speed are u using, i recomend using DVD Shrink (set to comprehensive analysis to keep the quality good) then burn w/ nero, @ 4,6,or 8x, 4x is the best, 6 is good, 8 can (rarely) cause some errors...

I haven't had any issues burning them (from a DVDShrink file) at 12x or 16x yet.
They all play fine. But I didn't watch them all the way through every time.

the only problem is really that there is a higher chance of getting BURN PROCESS FAILED, as long as your using good discs you can burn that high. WHen i give out copies of LC and other movies i use the cheapest discs possible (so i can make more copies for less $) so i alwasy do 8x....

I always use the slowest speed available and include VERIFY. This ensures a better chance that the disc can be played in ANOTHER machine.
stopsnitchin - January 9, 2008 02:20 AM (GMT)
i do that for my master copies, but the copies i give out i do @ 8x...

I think people are starting to cease handing stuff out. we need to keep encouraging each other to do the opposite.
I have been copying LCFC and Endgame (got the combo) and I am thinking of good ways to get these few copies to the most important people.
I need more stategy.
Also, another good Idea I'm working on is to shrink down the movies even more, so that I can put multiple movies on the same disc.
It would be so much more economic to just hand someone a disc and say, "Here's Endgame, Final Cut, Terrorstorm, Dark Secrets..." or whatever you like.
As long as the quality of the video doesn't degrade to the point that it looks like google video, then I think it would still be very effective.

a good method (but pretty slow 1) for compression is recording them on a TV dvd revorder in EP (which is still good quality) then throwing a bunch togethere w/ dvdshrink etc.
BTW where did u get the Endgame & LCFC combo DVD?

Not recommended! By setting the disc option to smaller than 4.3G (DVD5), you can get DVD Shrink to further compress the files. I've pushed 3 hours until it could almost fit onto a CD--it looked pretty crappy by that time, but it would still have been preferable to trying to feed it into a DVR and then back to the computer.

dvd shrink sorta pixelates, while dvd recorders just sorta blur which IMO looks better

my mom ;)
I think she went to the infowars shop or something.
She wrote me a long letter explaining how she felt a bout doing that. overall she's supportive of me, but thinks I've using too much of my life promoting these truths...
uh yea as if life should be spent in any other way.

when I create a DVD with both films on one disc (and who knows what else I might put on there), I'll try to create a torrent file and post it here and elsewhere.

Do not spend your time how to burn this film, spend your time to get money to buy it.
If you want more films like that, more investigation like that, give this people, who spend their time in this, the money they need.

we've all purchased multiple copies of LC in one form or another... we've contributed considerably.
we are talking about burning copies to hand out to people who need this information.
