Title: Final Cut - Barry Lichty
Description: "...a missile came across our house."

Zaphod 36 - December 13, 2007 11:30 AM (GMT)
Barry Lichty, Mayor of Indian Lake:
"It sounded like a missile came across our house.
...It was coming from that direction.
...It wasn`t the aircraft that crashed.
"

From which direction the suspected missile was coming from?
I guess Lichty means the crash side(?)

If memory serves me correctly, Lichty was southeast of the crashsite when whatever exploded/crashed.

I think, but not 100% certain, that when Dylan and I interviewed him that he said the thing he heard was moving from SE to NW towards to crash site.

Don't crucify me on that, however. Dylan has the entire interview recorded so he might be able to answer your question better than I.

By the way, that's my 9/11 Commish book he's shaking his head at.

That trip was kinda creepy.

Dylan and I ran into some guys at the Indian Lake Marina that gave us a real hard time about finding people to talk to and give us details. A few said, "We can't talk about it." Another said, "Even if you do find somebody, they're not gonna talk about it to you." Needless to say, they were quite rude.

And those guys were the first people we really spoke to concerning Flight 93.

Ironically, Barry was the second.

We even went to Wallace Miller's Funeral Home hoping to run into him but to no avail unfortunately.

Creepy.

thanks for walking the frontline's uncovering the truth! I wish I lived near one of these sites so I could visit people and ask them this stuff too.

Yes, it was flying away from the Crash Site.

Last year I was at the Marina too. I also ran into three guys, who moved a boat up into a building. I was asking about Fleegle, Brandt or Spinelli and one guy told me nobody of them is working here since 2003(?). He also was unfriendly to me.
Before I met them, I saw a sign of a woman named "Brandt"(forgot the surname) near the shore. I guess she is the women of Jim Brandt.

Thats very interesting! I always thought the missile(?) was flying towards the crash side and hit the plane somewhere northwest of the crater.

Chris Smith, the groundskeeper at the golf course, said something with a “very loud screeching sound” passed over in the immediate vicinity of the golf course BEFORE he heard a huge explosion.

AmericanFreePress

Barry Lichty`s house is southeast of the crater and near the shore of Indian Lake(136 Pueblo Path)

Map

It is also near the Marina and the Northwinds Golf Course, where Kelly Smith is General Manager. Link
I think Christopher is her husband.

What was the target of that missile?

is it possible that a heavily damaged aircraft on it's way to New Baltimore could make such a sound?

I've spoken to people who live near the crash and they said it just sounded like it was coming straight down on them.

The interception took place north of the site. This is where all the eyewitness accounts of airborne concussions originate from.

So North of the site we have airborne concussions or loud bangs (1-3) and South of it we have a screeching "missile" noise.

So what did you guys find out in New Baltimore?
FBI set up a post.
The town was closed off that day.
Residents collected debris - you confirmed it was more than just mail, right?

I would imagine more than one of them photographed what was in their yard, this is something for me to pursue.

What baffles me is...even the shootdown doesn't make sense because how did that outline of the plane in the ground get there and only leaving small debris behind?

AA77 and UA93 both make absolutely no sense

You could be right:

Residents of nearby Indian Lake reported seeing debris falling from the jetliner as it overflew the area shortly before crashing.
Pittsburgh Tribune-Review

"People were calling in and reporting pieces of plane falling," a state trooper said.

Meanwhile, investigators also are combing a second crime scene in nearby Indian Lake, where residents reported hearing the doomed jetliner flying over at a low altitude before "falling apart on their homes."

Jim Stop reported he had seen the hijacked Boeing 757 fly over him as he was fishing. He said he could see parts falling from the plane.

Pittsburgh Tribune-Review

Its not written in which direction the plane was heading for.
