Wow, that's GREAT news. I don't know much about most of them on the list, but Benny Hinn is a particularly disgusting slimeball whose ministry needs to be shut down somehow.
The problem is that churches, unlike all other non-profits, DON'T have to file paperwork showing their finances to the public. That exception just invites corruption.

No, a system that fraudulently regulates small churches into the ground while turning a blind eye to orgs run by the likes of Benny Hinn exists BECAUSE of corruption at the highest levels.
