1. Putin Puts Russia on High Alert (because they know about a buildup)
Why? This was done on November 20th. Sorry for not catching it sooner - it seems on average the alternative community is on average about 5 days behind the curve - its better though than the mainstream which will just tell you nothing at all and will waste all kinds of transmitter power on the fellow who walked out on a Larry King interview or something else utterly useless .
