Dylans voice seems to have gotten weaker and not as... confirming?

In Loose Change 2E, it sounds more convincing and serious. Loose Change 2E Recut does not really attract as much attention. It is also lower and you need to turn the volume up alittle more ways to even hear it.

Just my opinion. I have experience in video-making.
