Ok Nostradamus is obviously someone who most people would agree could predict and is famous for predicting the future.

Now if he predicted 500 hundred years ago that 9/11 would happen and that it was Bin Laden, would that be proof enough that the goverment wasnt involved?

Not sure how to break this to you, but if you're referring to the supposed Nostradamus prediction of 9/11 that was popularly circulated soon thereafter, it's a load of crap.
Most of the stuff on the internet that seems fishy can be checked out on snopes.com, and here's this one:

a lot of ppl, eager to make sense of the catastrophe, gullibly lapped this up back then, incl some of my co-workers, who would not listen to reason after I showed them otherwise. These ppl also believe the Weekly World News etc (bat-faced boy, Elvis seen working at a Michigan WalMart, JFK met with aliens).

Nostradamus has never predicted anything, until after the fact. His predictions are so vague and malleable that they can be used to 'predict' just about anything.... so long as it has already happened.

Put it this way. He made thousands of predictions. And maybe only a few were close to being right. And just those few get attention.
