Soon we might accept this with enough repetition and backing by such 'philanthropic' foundations, and welcome veiled de-pop programs with open arms. I suspect this billboard is operating on many levels of subliminal conditioning - the tickboxes are amazing suggestive psychological triggers within the context. The overhead 'trails' are reminiscent of the trademark 'artificial cirrus' we get in W.A. (and the rest of the world).

Note over W.A. metro there are NO normal condensation trails. There are no high flying air traffic routes over the metropolitan area. Hence no excuse nor plausible deniability for large jet aircraft to openly conduct chemtrail spraying, as they do in locations where high flying routes are more common

1. It labels parts of the video as aluminum oxide, barium oxide, ethylene dibromide, polymer fibers and filaments or biological weapons. Where in the video does it provide evidence for any of these chemicals? It doesn’t. Where it shows two aircraft, but only one with anything trailing behind it, the video does not identify the type of aircraft or their altitudes. The first video is nothing short of stupid.

2. The video on weather control merely consists of claims by wackos (like Cohen) and people who prey on suckers by claiming to alter weather (by other than cloud seeding).

3. Just because Congress puts something in writing, it does not mean it actually exists. Remember “smart gun” technology?

They argue: Climate change is NOT man-made, but is the result of natural processes. i.e. climate can't be altered/is not being altered by man.


You place, 'climate change'<---- as such, but you also claim [correct me if I'm wrong] that climate change is not a result of human intervention.

Note also that the document was part of a much bigger "2025" project done by students. Yes, students. Note the "au" in the web address. That shows it came from Air University. The project was to imagine what they could do with unlimited budget and few limits on technology in 30 years. You ought to read some of the other 2025 projects some time. Some are quite humorous. None are policy. Especially when you note that the Air Force has had massive budget cuts since then and had to cut popular projects and tens of thousands of people just to meet those cuts.

The fact some of them were "students" as you so describe them doesn't mean anything at all.
