Title: Need Help With Research

BATCAT43 - September 24, 2007 07:57 PM (GMT)
Hi, I've just recently discovered Loose Change, et al., and I want to do some more research. Specifically, I want to start by reviewing all the articles and news sources cited in the movie.

Is there a "master list" anywhere of all the articles, interviews, etc shown or quoted in Loose Change?

The articles that immediately come to mind are the ones that report that the alleged hijackers are still alive, and the ones detailing "Vigilant Guardian" and other military exercises.

Thanks. This is my new obsession. I'm trying to get as many family and friends to at least watch this movie and others with an open mind. It's healthy to ask questions at the very least!

As a side note, I also watched the Loose Change v. Pop Mechanics debate. One thing I didn't understand is how the PM guys were so insistent that we can't trust the statements made by eyewitnesses on 9/11 because it was such a traumatic and chaotic day...but doesn't it make sense that people will remember what they saw, heard, smelled, etc better on the day something happened than during an interview days, weeks, months, or years later? If I'm looking for accuracy, I'd rather hear what people had to say on the day everything happened, before they had a chance to watch the news and realize what it was they were supposed to have seen, heard, and smelled? Anyone agree?

That's not the only thing I saw that made me go hmmm, but it's been stewing in the back of my mind for a while.

I don't know about master lists, but I've written on the wargames here - sources cited and verifiable

On LC in general, various topics are discussed in the organized forums here - great links and info, just follow thru and check sources.

A critical review of the movie I've found useful can be found here.
