Title: Bill Maher Is No Friend To Truthers

Bill Maher, on his Real Time show tonight totally dismissed the whole Truth movement by making a new rule Conspiracy Weary stating anyone who believes the Government was involved is insane and needs help and he won't discuss it on his show. I personally find it very disappointing because I've been a steady watcher of his show for a while and I've agreed with a lot of things he has discussed. It's obvious to me he either is scared to risk his career by discussing it or maybe he's not so progressive after all.

Hey you should post this in the Lounge section to get more replies. Bill Maher has always been a piece of trash.

I was disappointed by Bills comments as well, as I am also a fan.

However, the fact, and argument, is this. If you refuse to research, and hear, the facts surrounding 9/11 then you accept ignorance of the subject and are not afforded comment.

I told this to a coworker today and wish I was witty enough to include:

In honor of the only other media personality that has enough balls to stand up.

Thank you sir, good day.

Keith Olbermann.

I'm sure that bill maher has his own perception of what really happened, and isn't ready to discuss it until it becomes "politically correct"

911 is a highly=charged topic

keep in mind that despite his intelligence, he is an entertainer, one important focus is to stay popular with his public. any swing one way or the other would put him out of business, meaning the end of his career.

do you really want him to sacrifice that?

after all, WE STILL LIVE in a neocon=controlled society, the 2008 election is still more than a year off, until then we can't expect to see much progress over freedom of speech

HE DID go on the larry king show and endorse ron paul as the only republican candidate worthy enough to lead this country, you should be happy with that.

Stephen Jones, Kevin Ryan and others have sacrificed their careers. If I was 50 years old and had several million in the bank like Bill Maher, I would love to sacrifice my career and retire.
