Here is his post literally:

We have a TEST for the NUE-Fonze DBB Crush-Down, Crush-Up hypothesis!!!

http://www.ae911truth.org/flashmov2.htm

This demolition occurred in Philadelphia in 1999. It was one of the first top down demolitions attempted on a multi story building.

From the above video it looks pretty good for the scientist and calculations that did not match reality in the WTC collapses.

Now lets go to some other photos and see it the hypothesis stands:

Still looking good even though they uses a formula to work backwards from the end result and claim that proves the reason for the collapse (gravity not CD)!

The top block is rotating just like the WTC towers, a perfect test of the Crush-Down, Crush-Up hypothesis!!!

OPS! The top block keeps rotating, must not realize it is supposed to fall straight down when it starts crushing the lower section.

No problem , It looks like it pulverized the the lower section !!!!

Oh no! what's this? The Lowery section is not even damaged!

Nue-fonze, DBB , what happened?

ps. although this is nice stuff it seems that they exactly wanted it to collapse in that way, i.e. keep the bottom part intact, I thought they did a top-down collapse test here.

Information on the building and preparation.

Preparations are underway for a very unique implosion. On February 17, 1999, we had the pleasure of touring the demolition site with Brent Blanchard of Protec Documentation Services to find out what will happen. The implosion is being done by Controlled Demolition Group out of Yorkshire, England, a very reputable firm that is not often in seen this area.

While the site may seem wide open, leaving plenty of room for the building to fall, this is not the case. On one side is a small building that must be protected, and on the other are 2 steel molasses tanks that need to be saved. The head house is constructed of solid concrete, reinforced with steel rebar. A building like this does not fragment well, making it hard to contain the fall to a small area.

To work around the problem, only the top half of the building will be demolished in the blast. A vertical cut in the building will separate the top into 2 smaller halves, with one falling to one side, one to the other side. The bottom half will remain standing, and will be wrecking balled, or imploded at a later date.

but this cut runs all the way to the top of the building, getting narrower towards the top. This is the line which will divide the top half of the structure into 2 smaller halves. One will fall to one side, one to the other side. The south side of the building has a similar cut.

It isn't that the building didn't know it wasn't supposed to

It is that the building is a completely different type of construction , did not have the weight of 20 floors above it and was specially prepared in order to fall the way it did.
