Now you know that Black children's complexion sometimes change quite a bit from baby to toddler etc. Especially when they have parents who are light and dark, and mix genetics. I'm a perfect example. Selah looks so much like Lauryn. I think that Zion looks like his dad, more.

In closer look, Zion looks both like Lauryn and Rohan. But Selah looks more like Lauryn. Joshua looks both like them, but has Rohan's complexion.

U know the worse thing about it ? I think Howard Stern is the one who made it up, cause if you listen to the show, he kept saying that " a lot of people said that she said that on Mtv etc...", then that one guy called and said it wasn't true she didn't say it on Mtv etc etc.

And the worst part is that this rumor will haunt her FOREVER! It's like everywhere you mention her, people go "Omg she's such a racist, did you hear what she said about white folks buying her album!". I almost starting believing it at one point, cause people talked about it non-stop - But then I saw her talking about the whole situation at that MTV interview SoulSis posted... And she said she was really hurt and upset about the rumor, because she sees her music as being very universal. And you could definitely see on her face that she meant it.

She also talked about it on the muchmusic interview she did back in 99 ( which by the way was her most interesting, funniest interview to date :bounce: , I bet y'all know what i'm talking about). Anyway, she looked really really upset about the rumor. She even laughed, she said : "Everyone says, I have the tape, so I'm like, "well show me the tape !!!!". :P
