absolutely, i think its important to buy the albums of the artists you admire, it gives them the resources to keep recording. O man im so excited, both fugees and khulami phase are coming out close together aren't they? i'll have to lock myself in my house and just listen to them for a month or so :P

<_< I just searched for some reviews of the song and they were all pretty bad. This one was kinda nice tho' cause many people wrote something nice about L (Click on "comments")... I've already told yall what I think of the track and I really agree with the guy who said They're all in much different places nine years later and you can tell that in the tracks and another person who said They sound like they didn't even record their parts in the same studio. It just doesn't mesh.

I agree Sybille... I can't believe that Take it easy will be their comeback single.... I like the song.. but it's not a song that you'll release after nine years... or mabye is Take it easy the best song they have recorded for their album :huh:

I don't believe that Take It Easy is will be best song on the new Fugees album,I like Take It Easy and I think that they released this song as first single because people are forgot about Fugees,and this is the time where commercial rapers like 50 cent,Eminem...and others rule the hip-hop scene.Fugees want to get new fans.People are used to this commercial rap,they won't like songs like "Ready Or Not","Fu-Gee-La","Cowboys"...
so Fugees tried to do a song not just for they fans,but for the other people too,so I kinda expected Fugees first single like this.

After listening to it a couple of times, the song really isn't that great. I was just hype that Lauryn's back, that's about it. Her vereses are hot, I could confidently say that, but other than that the song is just ok. I honestly think they should have left their Fugees career back in the 90's and stayed with the prestigious legacy they gained. I'm still anticipating for Lauryn's return, and I have no doubt that her new material will be nothing less than honesty, creativity, and inspiring!

Look, I totally agree that it's better than what's out there right now (didn't we all agree on that a couple of days ago ?),but I feel like it could have easily been recorded 10 yrs ago,when L,clef,and Pras,were still under radar,and hadn't grown so much as artists.
This song doesn't show how much they've grown,this song is not good for a comeback single (especially after 9 long years).
And last but not least, it's better than what's out there on the radio right now,but not different.

I don't know sybillecutey...The lot of artists(LL Cool J,Fat Joe,Mobb Deep...)have been Great Artists but now they sucks,Fugees haven't been on the scene for 9 years,and now they back,I know it's hard to accept this new style of Fugees,but Fugees are changed but not that much,they didn't turned in that commercial-50 cent-G-unit-Eminem style as like most old artists and I'm glad for that
