I wondering. How is LH managing 2 not fulfill her contract?

Columbia put out fake Fugees albums (Bootleg Versions & Gratest Hits) 2 fulfill the Fugees contract.

I thought if u dont fulfill the contract the artist will have 2 pay Columbia 4 contract breach.
