Well the headline says: "Lauryn Hill required only black security guards"... Basically it is about her acting like a diva during the concert. Everybody backstage had to call her Ms. Hill, the Norwegian security guards weren't allowed to look directly at her and nobody was allowed to walk by her. Nobody was allowed to talk to her unless she spoke to them first. She yelled at people who addressed her as Lauryn. The power went off durng the concert, and after that she refused to go back on stage.

Yes. It says her crew talked her into going back.

No definitely not, but maybe she felt a bad/racist vibe from the people working at the venue - Who knows? There were mostly white security guards in Denmark and it didn't seem to bother her. She had a couple of whites in the band as well.
