Well...who's it to be???

McKay...some of the others can be vaguely annoying for me although i'm not sure why. Maybe just because I've only seen the frist half of the season so they hadn't settled down as characters yet.

Difficult question because I don't feel like I know the characters well enough yet but... I'd probably have to say Elizabeth Weir. She's my favourite because she's the strong, female leader-type I've come to love watching on my TV shows, with Sheppard second, then Teyla, McKay, Beckett and Ford all joint third.

And Steve. Can't forget Steve. *g*

I dunno...I think I like Sheppard as I can sorta relate to him, and his sense of humour's very like my own!

Sheppard doesn't have any family, and that's similar to my own situation as I only have two living relatives.

Beckett and Zelenka are runners up for me. Zelenka because well...he's Zelenka! Beckett because I met Paul McGillion and he...

Well...

I went to a convention in Glasgow in November.

I'm a bit of an artist, and I did sketches for the actors (Teryl Rothery, Ronny Cox, Paul McGillion)

When I gave Paul his, he said 'you're a darling' then he kissed me!!!!!!!!!!!

I must admit, it's got to be McKay :D From his first time in Sg-1, I just loved him. I think he's hilarious!!! Sure he's got the arrogance and ego, but it's soo funny to watch, and he actually does have a lot of hidden nobility, imo (When he 'sacrificed' himself to send the generator through the gate, using the invincible thing...) Plus I adore David Hewlett. Both people are SOOO funny!

(My friend once had him and his girlfriend walk into the restaurant she works at... she talked to them for over half an hour, got pics and everything! *grumble mumble*)

Okay, really have to get my mind elsewhere...I love Rodney on the show. Before I wanted to kill him but the more you watch the boy the better he gets.

I'm also a huge fan of Carson's as well as Zelenka. I'm sucker for accents!

I definitely love McKay! I think he's awesome! Sarcastic and biting but at the same time he has this depth that I think will make for some great character development in future episodes. And I'm really looking forward to some McKay/Weir ship. Please don't hate me for saying that because I have read and enjoyed many Sheppard/Weir ship fics, but I think there's a bit of an age difference that just bugs me when I think of the two of them together. I think she and Rodney would make a cute and interesting couple.

McKay because of his sarcarstic humor (I didn't love him so much in SG1 but in SGA I'm looking for every scene he's in).

Beckett because of his relationship with the chair :P No seriously, his accent and the way he looks always insecure make me laugh everytime.

Weir because she's a strong and independant woman.

Ford because... I don't know but I love him anyway :P

Zelenka because he made me laugh in Letters from Pegasus :)

But my favourite one is Sheppard *sigh* We don't know much about him for now but I hope we'll get to know him better in S2. I love his humor, he's intelligent but he doesn't show it, and will I dare to say it ? Oh well, let's go : he's so HOT ! :)

The only one who leaves me unconcerned is Teyla. I still don't know the position she has in the team. IMO her character wasn't enough detailed in S1.

I went for Rodney... but I go for Elizabeth and Peter too.
And then Teyla, ford, Zelenka, Bates...
I really like everyone more or less.

Wow. Insanely jealous. I have to say it was a toss up between Sheppard and McKay. McKay is hilarious, but Sheppard's pretty funny too, and, y'know, gorgeous.

Okay, question: Does ANYBODY like Teyla, 'cus I sure don't.

I really disliked her in the beginning but she isn't that bad now. I love it when she fights Shep and kicks his butt. I think if they work on her character a bit she could become someone who isn't that bad. Certainly no Sam though.

I agree with Cathain; Teyla is okay, but not really a very strong character. Granted, the only episode of SGA I've actually seen is Sanctuary... <_<

I don't hate Teyla anymore, but I'm not a fan of the character at all.

Beckett's still my favourite!
