A lot of people will have no idea how a challenge works, so I'll give you a brief idea!

1. An Author or member will give a challenge such as:

'Write a story that takes place in washington and ends with Teal'c passing out after too much alcohol'

2. You would then go away and write a fic that fits the challenge.

3. A challenge isn't just about writing a straight-forward story. The example shows a 'challenge within a challenge' in the fact that Teal'c A: Does not drink B: Can't get drunk.

A good response to a challenge tackles little thinga like that in a realistic and believeable way!
