As you can probably tell, they are the same person, but the one the world knows about is Jona David Koski, the male, because Jona as a young girl had breast cancer, as you see, so she pretends she's a boy... the team finds out eventually, but it was an idea - what would they do with her/him?
And yes, guys can have breast cancer.
Definately an interesting idea... although i've rarely seen someone described as 'sturdy' before! :P Write it! :D
