I know it's been a long time since this has been discussed but after playing golf at Maywood in Risley i was given 2 for 1 tickets to hand out for the people that played yesterday and after doing so i was left with 7 spare which entitles 14 people to play for the price of 7.

So i was thinking maybe one Saturday or even a monday night instead of training we could go and play golf on a nice 18 hole course instead of pewitt for only a little but more than what it would cost to play on pewitt?

If i remember rightly pewitt cost around £5.50 for 9 holes and about £7ish for 18 but you have to go around the same 9 twice to make 18 where as we could pay £9 each and play 18 different holes.

Now these 2 for 1 tickets are valid until 1st November 2008 so there is no rush and plenty of time for the bullet wound that Alex got in "Nam" to heal so he can get on it to.
